Search your workspace’s contacts and companies by name from a conversation with Slackbot.
Create a deal, move it to another pipeline stage, or save a note, call, email, or meeting activity.
You need permission to create and install apps in Slack, an IndieCRM account, and access to Slackbot. Your Slack admin may need to approve the app. Slackbot availability and usage limits depend on your Slack plan.
If Slack asks you to paste a manifest, use the public JSON manifest. The app requests the MCP connection permission. Each member connects their own IndieCRM account in the next step.
IndieCRM uses your existing workspace permissions. You can disconnect your account in Slack’s Your apps → Integrations → Manage settings.
Slack’s connection guide“List my IndieCRM workspaces, then show the open deals in my sales workspace.”
“Find the contacts and companies named Acme in IndieCRM.”
“In my sales workspace, create a deal named Acme pilot with a value of EUR 2,000.”
“Find the Acme pilot deal and log a note: Demo completed; follow up on Friday.”
Deal, contact, and company lists return up to 200 recent records. Logging an email or meeting saves an activity; sending email, scheduling meetings, and deleting records are available in the IndieCRM app. Saved lead research imports require the New leads private beta. LinkedIn enrichment can use metered provider research.
CRM records returned to Slackbot are processed by Slack. Connect the account whose records you want to use and approve access during sign-in. Read our Privacy Notice and Terms & Conditions. IndieCRM is operated by Daniel Sinewe.
