IndieCRM, operated by DANIEL SINEWE, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation needed.
Free trial
Every subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for all IndieCRM orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at hello@danielsinewe.com and we will arrange it for you. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in the app or through the Paddle customer portal. After cancelling you keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; we do not bill you again after that.
